With your support, we are partnering with licensed mental health professionals to host free and low-cost forgiveness workshops โ both in-person and online. These sessions are designed to provide a structured, compassionate environment where participants can explore forgiveness, process grief and trauma, and build emotional resilience.
Led by certified therapists, counselors, and psychologists, each workshop draws on evidence-based techniques including cognitive-behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and compassion-focused therapy.
